Dotun Sanusi’s admirers engagement in marathon prayers for “Divine Grace” and “Mercy”
In line with the humble request from the Okanlomo Odua, Chief Dotun Sanusi, to his teeming supporters—who have over time mounted pressure on him to throw his hat into the political governorship ring for the 2027 Oyo contest—the numerous supporters, according to investigation, have taken steps to seek divine guidance and God’s endorsement of their heart’s desire for their favourite.
This move is in line with his subtle request that supporters should rather seek the collective endorsement of the “Powers that be” towards his emergence as governor of the state, as being wished by the JDS camp.
The philanthropist of note is endeared to many hearts 💕 through his deep impact in various areas and sectors. People now repose so much confidence in his ability to govern Oyo State, hence the renewed calls being echoed from different quarters to ILAJI for him to contest for the governorship seat.
Chief Dotun Sanusi, however, has not shown any strong attraction to the enviable seat despite the persistent calls from his supporters.
In a clear demonstration of ingenuity, Chief Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi has hinged his final decision on the “powers that be,” comprising respected political, religious and traditional leaders across the board.
Dotun Sanusi therefore asked for grace and fervent prayers towards a possible shift in his position.
“My interest and passion have always been to cater for the welfare of the people and put smiles on their faces, and as long as I can do this, I am pleased with the status.
My prayers have been that if I will not be able to deliver in terms of performance and helping the masses, may God not grant the prayers for me to become governor and ultimately have my image tainted.”

The supporters have thus mobilized fervent prayers with fasting in their various locations, seeking divine answers and divine direction for Dotun Sanusi to serve as Oyo State Governor come 2027.
